I-864w (we actually filled out the I-864 and took it along only to be told it was incorrect and they gave us the correct form to complete infront of them)

don't be too worried about the N/A or None. I made this mistake and it only added a few days onto the process. They sent me a letter asking to confirm where blank boxes were should be Not applicable....
