I’m sorry it’s taking so long for you to get your newborn’s passport, obviously due the the current lockdown in the UK. From what I read on gov.uk, the typical timeline for passport applications...

Dmiller when did your application start getting processed? Ours was received dec 13th but didn't start processing until may 10th
