The OP complained about a THIRD WORLD style company that has locked him in to an unusable service.

But his new service is also very poor,

He has to go outside to make a phone call.

I have used a Smarty sim in Gib for well over 12 months without returning to the UK

Give it a try, what do you have to lose?

With the Smarty sim and therefore I presume the Superdrug sim your phone will automatically pick the strongest singnal available, Changing networks if necessary assuming Smarty has an agreement with...

I took out 2 sims last year whilst in London

Your ability to leave Gibraltar via the Spanish frontier is entirely in the hands of Spain.
However hopefully the worst that will happen could be a long delay

Spain is part of Schengen

Do you think Spain will allow Gibraltar to join in the name of Gibraltar?

Because in doing so she would have to accept that Gibraltar exists as a seperate entity.

Will they vote for Schengen if it involves being part of Spain???????

Good evening all, does anyone know if there are any tax implications on someone who is returning to the UK with the proceeds of selling their overseas property after almost a lifetime abroad?
