Thank you, in the last 12 months we used a total of 2500kwh even with the car charging, so just under the market cap.

We (2 adults) used 310 kwh of electricity last month, plus another 50kwh on the night plan for the hot water heater. We do have an electric car which is charged at home, which at the current 480 ft...

The only trouble is, if I sold my house in Hungary ( Free standing detach on 700+ sqm), I would not be able to buy a house like that in the England with the money I got from my Hungarian house....

For some routers, the distribution of the wifi signal is not uniform, ie not equal strength in ever direction. You could try move the route through 90 degrees to see if it gives you better coverage...
