Re: Granada. Doing a reccie

Re: Tenant Eviction Nightmare -Part 2

Usually when I hear these type of things a clear pathway through it occurs to me but in this case it seems there just isn't one.
I don’t know how you haven't given up, then again you cant give in...

Re: Tenant Eviction Nightmare -Part 2

You couldn’t make this up. I. Surprised someone who behaves like this hasn’t come a cropper before!

Re: Tenant Eviction Nightmare -Part 2

The electricity thing must be...

Re: MUST CHOOSE BETWEEN UK AND SPAIN - COST WISE

Fair doos. I have heard London’s a different ball game. I’m surprised the private junior school doesn’t feed directly into a secondary school though. It’s a shame, education should be an equal...

Re: Tenant Eviction Nightmare -Part 2

I’ve no idea hopefully someone who knows will be along in a minute.
What about your man, does he have previous form? If he does how did the last landlord get rid of him?

Re: Tenant Eviction Nightmare -Part 2

Hmm strange indeed. If the tenant stole the money they would be in deep trouble but non payment it seems is seen in a different light altogether. It’s still taking something that’s not yours to take....

Re: Need to carry passport?

As usual it’s at the discretion of the person in charge then. In Australia they love a hefty fine including for not having your driving licence on you.

Re: Tenant Eviction Nightmare -Part 2

This all sounds pretty bad. I must remember never to rent out a property in Spain! I assume holiday let’s have different laws. Not that I’m going down that route just curious.

Re: MUST CHOOSE BETWEEN UK AND SPAIN - COST WISE

I thought that post might ruffle feathers. Brace yourself it got a bit long and I can’t be arsed to edit it.

Re: Tenant Eviction Nightmare -Part 2

What is denouncing the landlord?
Im wondering if a lawyer is suggesting going outside of the courts to resolve it if this is a likely occurrence.

Re: Need to carry passport?

If you’re supposed to carry ID all the time then what is the consequence of not? Apart from the inconvenience of having to produce documents at a later date what happens? I’m guessing you’re not...

Re: Tenant Eviction Nightmare -Part 2

Wow! I read up about renting in Spain and saw that a lot of landlords require bank guarantees n references due to it being incredibly hard to evict a non-paying tenant as the legal system is in their...

Both private schools and public...
