Thanks I wasn't aware of non lucrative visa conditions not something I needed. Does seem an odd requirement if someone has an S1 but one has to follow rules in place.

Just one other thing re the link I put on they do not charge per person but per property so if it's one,two or five joint owners just the one payment.

You experience and mine seem to match. I thought it was a great service far cheaper than anything else I could find. Obviously you can't beat doing it yourself.

Personally I agree with your comments re Andrew, I am in favour of the Royal family and like many families there are good and bad. I can't judge a family on the behaviour of one member.
