I know of at least 5 who have gone during this time and either returned or are trying to, it's such a bad time all round to sell, move, try and get a job etc.
We feel the same as you TP very cross,...

Agree TPot, like pm we took out rotten deals on mortgages etc just so we could get out and sell quickly, we moved to Kent just so they would have to look at our file to change the address but still...

Nothing since the letter 2 -3 years ago saying we had 6 weeks to get a refund if we want to withdraw application, still...

I am so sorry for you, 77 months is such a long wait, CIC should give us a letter offering us our money back so we can reapply if we choose to at the very least, it would still be quicker than...

Thanks for posting, We are now approaching the latest time as set by CIC of 58 months there is no way we will be processed in that time, our now 10 nearly 11 year old is going up to secondary school...
