1. The reason for asking re the DV lottery is the permanancy of a DV win leading to a Green Card as against the E3 bi annual renewal etc.

Fair enough really .

Last question I promise. I assume if we apply it will not have any bearing on his vacation trips when he visits us on an ESTA . He is still able to apply and use the ESTA...

Looks like the same timeline.

Superannuation is 10k plus so Its definitely something i am staying on top of where possible.

I just can't believe it takes 3 months to cancel the visa. And i wonder if i have incorrectly requested the cancellation.
