Brother in Law sent us a package from Watford last Friday - yes, the one just gone. I took delivery of it a couple of hours ago, here in Melbourne. Is this a record? :)

So he is eligible, meets the age, health, skills criteria etc & has the points. To clarify, he's able to apply for a PR visa in his own right as soon as he gets...

Took my 14 year old to the Cup today - we had a wonderful time & she had a few dollars to spend on her favourite horses.

Everything in it's context - it's seeing the gambling as part...

They will also ask them to do a urine test - which is very easy, literally just go into the toilet & pee into a little dish...although first time round our girls were given a she-wee, which caused...

Application for Child Visa (101) acknowledged & Reference number allocated 10th August. Frontloaded medicals & further Police Checks for ourselves.

I'll tell you what confuses me whenever we talk about these visas where you have to be outside Oz to apply...it's when someone pops up every so often to say that if you are living in Oz when the visa...

We had this discussion in court & it was decided that no mirror order could be granted from the UK jurisdiction. If the non-resident parent wanted to get an mirror...

Yes, if the money is proceeds from your primary residence in the UK then you are right, it does not attract tax in the same way. However, not all of our money...
