I have a feeling that only those covered by the WA ie living in the EU prior to Brexit can now get an S1 however you can get an answer straight from the Horses Mouth by phoning the DWP Overseas...

When you come to retirement you should contact the pension organisation of the country in which you last worked and they should co ordinate the pensions from other countries where you worked I believe
