Both of my tests were done on a Friday - the first one around lunchtime - I had the results when I woke up next day and the second one, as I said around 6:30pm and results came in about 4pm next day....

I went to a local pharmacy for mine. Happened to notice when picking up a prescription that they offered tests for travel - it was $40 and the results were available while I waited.

It was British Airways, so not Canadian Government as they did it the same way for all flights including the shuttle from Heathrow to Manchester. Not sure it does take longer from start to finish,...
