Re: Case Processing Pilot Ottawa Timelines- please add your experiences

Re: Flying to US on ESTA, driving home to Canada

Really? Thanks for that. Now I'm worried! I cannot find reference to this anywhere on the ESTA FAQ but just to be sure I'll book a fully refundable one way ticket back to the UK from Canada.

Re: Case Processing Pilot Ottawa Timelines- please add your experiences

The link to the TWP without LMO is the same as the one in the link I posted...

Re: Case Processing Pilot Ottawa Timelines- please add your experiences

1. Is it normal for an application to stay in "Received" status not "In Process" for so long? Yes. Mine stayed like that until PPR.
2. Is there a way to determine which office is handling your...

Flying to US on ESTA, driving home to Canada

Morning all,

Does anyone know how you show you have left the US when arriving on ESTA and driving back to Canada? There is no green slip to hand in.

Yes you can file.

You did not immigrate in 2012, it was 2011. Therefore you should not check yes to this box.
