Yeah- I think I would travel to a vast range of pharmacies in all areas of Vancouver and say pay $28 plus $11 dispensing fee versus your $140 odd plus dispensing fee- a bit of a no brainer, you...

Yes, until they bring in Crown indemnity, they will not get enough docs doing OOH work, financially it makes no sense. Thorough charting/ documentation is key

Stinky actually, Snoop does, I do document at the time- for more complex patients, longer apps I prefer making brief notes and then filling in the chart later. I use Dragon Medical voice recognition...

You are right there Bristol, evidence doesn't confirm that meeting targets improves clinical outcomes. A much more significant barrier that we encounter here is that a lot of people cannot afford...
