but having said that stubby, I missed only one day of work due to weather in 30 years. Yes there is snow, its a dry flaky snow out west, now here in NS when it snows its like shovelling wet cement....

I have been in Canada for 30+ years now, I lived in Edmonton Alberta for most of them and that is a thriving city/province, its economy is probably mostly Oil, there are lots of Brits there for...

The beauty of Canada is...if you dont like it..you can move, its big enough for all of you and we all look for different things. I lived 26 years in Edmonton and just decided to pack up and move...

Lets see...Jasper is 31/2 hrs away and I have done it many times in one day..
But I agree...you will have plenty of time for that when you are there...check out local spots ie: Muttart...

We have had a great winter thus far however today we had a dump of snow. My son and I drove from Annapolis Royal to Peggy's Cove yesterday and it was raining with foggy patches in areas a bit nerve...

I have lived in Alberta for 27 years and in Nova Scotia for the last 2..My opinion is Alberta is where the $$$ can be made, Nova Scotia is closest to England in its old ways and looks..I made 4 times...
