Re: AUCHAN petrol station

Also, don't expect to get a Hungarian registered vehicle from your hire company. I've heard of numerous people renting cars here and getting foreign registered vehicles.

Re: Solar Power

Thank you both for your replies. They pretty much answer my initial questions.

Re: Solar Power

I have read this thread with interest but there's no mention of costs involved.

Re: KATA and ELT

We're away on holiday at the moment and then, when we return, our bookkeeper will be away so we will look at all our options in a couple of weeks.

Re: New restrictions on energy usage? KATA Changes?

And we haven't touched on KATA yet. My wife and I are teachers, working in different establishments but we won't be able to continue there if changes aren't made. We will have to teach online only....

Re: New restrictions on energy usage? KATA Changes?

Surely those figures can't be right.
We live in an old, valyog house with 1 bedroom, don't use electricity for heating or hot water and our monthly bill is 22,000ft which we think is extortionate....

Re: I hate Hungarian drivers!

I also hate Hungarian drivers. Every day I encounter dangerous overtaking, especially near bends and crossing the white line onto my side of the road.
I rarely ride my motorbike these days due to...

Re: Register My UK Car In Hungary.

Fuel has been capped at 480 ft per litre for Hungarian registered vehicles for some time now so I doubt it was being advertised at 497 ft

Re: Register My UK Car In Hungary.

You can get insurance before the process starts using the vehicle's VIN. I did this with a motorbike brought over from the UK. Once the re-registration is complete then inform the insurance company...

Re: Best method of registering for an online worker? (currently a sole entrepren

Apparently, too many employers are using it as a loophole to employ people but not pay as much contributions.
We use KATA as self employed teachers so I hope it doesn't affect us as the system is...

Re: Question about address card and vehicle ownership

Are you sure that's an issue for Finns? I'm not sure.
I also don't know exactly how long they stay here. I'm just guessing by how often I see them.
