Our menu will be weather dependent. If it's summery, it'll be something on the barby with sides & fresh fruit puddings. If it's lashing (which it did several years ago) it'll be a roast of some sort...

Grate the zests & pack into little bags for the freezer. Squeeze or juice the pulp & pour into ice cube bags or containers. With both of these ideas, you'll have the taste of summer all year round.

It would have to be a road trip purely for the clearness of the air. To look many ks into the distance & pick out individual things, to look ahead to where the sky & land are as crisp as plants etc...
