Many people in the uk call visa waiver programme which was handed to you on a the plane to fill in before you landed a 90 day tourist visa.
Some airline companies also called this a 90 day tourist...

1: There was such a visa as a 90 day tourist visa as I have flown on them several times before !

2: It was then replaced with the Electronic Esta Visa !

I am sure customs and Border patrol needs your British passport to stamp and make sure you do not exceed your 90 days limit.

Now arrived last Wednesday 6th May.
Just after landing had a welcome announcement to all passengers from the captain of the plane stating my name and that I am Emigrating to U.S and welcome to Texas...

Contacted International Pension Centre,
Explained I had been claiming Welfare and they did not have a clue if I required to fill out anything as been on welfare...

Yes I have brought this forward to my attorney which I did not intend to use as through the process of my application I was not happy they never kept in touch and prior to the interview question them...
