I live on a 11000 acre lake in southern TN. A great place to live but unless you are heavy into water sports and own a boat it would not be a great place for a long vacation without other attractions...

Another idea is foam brushes. You would need a lot as they don’t last that long but they do give a smooth finish. You could paint inside with them by placing door on paper or plastic.

Have you considered spray paint in can such as krylon or rustoleum? Spray thin coats to avoid runs and it should do a good job. Flat or semigloss paint would be easier to do if like that look. Just...
