Re: Relocation to San Jose - House Husband needs advice!

It's amazing, many of DHs colleagues are sending emails at 3 a.m. as they are still in the office. It almost seems as if there is some honour in being the last out the door and lets face it, if you...

Re: Relocation to San Jose - House Husband needs advice!

Re: Relocation to San Jose - House Husband needs advice!

Re: Relocation to San Jose - House Husband needs advice!

We currently live in Los Gatos and were previous residents of Saratoga. When we lived in Saratoga 3 years ago we probably had the cheapest house around and the monthly rent was $3,500 and that wasn't...

Re: Tripadvisor Review: What would you do?

I'd be surprised if all comments are moderated as they post within seconds.

I would be asking the hotel to pay for the trip. They can take it out of their marketing budget and pay your airfare and...

Re: Tripadvisor Review: What would you do?

I wouldn't go getting excited about the honesty of any reviews on Trip Advisor. TA have been the subject of much media scrutiny here in the USA for some time now over how they decide whether or not a...

Re: Alternative Minimum Tax

We usually get a small hit for AMT every year. It's not because we are mega wealthy, but due to the fact that California taxes are so high and wages are higher in California than in most places to...

Re: moving to San Jose

We are in Los Gatos and love it. However, have to agree with others, don't think it would be a great commute from here to Milpitas. We lived in Sunnyvale previously and didn't really like it that...

Re: Moving family to New York

Have you thought about schooling? A lot of people complain about the education system in the US. I would imagine that Hong Kong would have a better education system.

Re: Relinquishing GC and moving back home

Re: Moving to San Jose, Ca. in 8 weeks - What should I worry about?

I think where you live is so dependent on exactly what is available when you are looking. Also depends on your budget. We live in Los Gatos and think Campbell is not as nice and we looked at Willow...
