Re: Have L1B & L2 visas, process of applying for GC?

It has little or anything to do with what you want unfortunately. Your company and their lawyers will need to do EVERYTHING when it comes to this. My own company would only apply for GC for employees...

Re: Visiting Wife On VWP 3 Weeks After Returning From J1

For one thing - it actually looks like you're doing things right which for us Irish is usually not the done thing

CBP are pretty forgiving when you tell them the truth when asked. CBP in Dublin...

Re: Rant - H1B/L1 is just corporate slavery, crap life

Well then you got a shit deal - most if not all the L1's I knew (and I was one) was back home more often than not.

Whenever I was in Europe for work, I used to tack on a few days back in the old...

I entered on L1B, however the consular official wrote the dates on my documentation as if it was L1A giving me 5 years.

As we got to what I thought the renewal...

Re: Scenes in Catalonia

What surprised me was the Mossos didn't get involved. Even if it was against their own people, I've never known them to show restraint - they love a good fight.
