Ok, thanks for the advice. We definitely don't want to be moving into something that we hate and are then stuck with for a year! So $1000 onwards would be a more realistic budget :thumbup:

I'm pretty sure you can apply through both routes. If you feel things aren't moving fast enough under the route you are currently taking you could apply via the other and keep both applications...
