How about trying some of the animal clinics in the country. Or for a start getting to know your way around perhaps try the SPCA and move from there. The other is to partner with pet shops, they sell...

I am always looking up when attending class at the seminary. These dudes sometimes take a poop or a pee at you. What's worse is they tend to do their business on the walkway... So you have to look up...

Are you in an apartment? I know some evil neighbors who tap through the wall and steal electricity from neighbors. Check around and see if there's any suspicious wires running around.

I think there is a British council I the middle of georgetown that might be able to link you up. Demand in Langkawi might not be appealing.

The last time I was at G. Jerai, there is just one challet serviced by a Malay group. They have quite interesting activities like staying in nylon tents out in the open with the wildlife around.

Usually it is the tenant... If it is the landlord then the amount would already be included in the rent.

For water, residential rates are RM5/month and RM20 for house converted to businesses. And you get another RM24 from IndahWater (waste management) every quarter. RM90 for water is high. You should...

You should be able to find a fully furnished apartment with RM2,000... :)

For RM1,500 is for simple and unfurnished terres (1,000-1,500 sq ft) house... There are a few in Tanjung Bungah area.

If it is fully furnished then you should be abe to get it for RM2,000-2,500.

If it is furnished but the items in the place are not too complete and new, you should be able to get it. Rental for empty house should go for RM1,500 if you look carefully... :)
