ON the web it is still showing pending. Actually I submitted the certificate that studies were carried out in English, They didn't make any objection at the time of ITA, also on web it is written...

Few days back i got a reply from my CO , he declined my application because my wife could not able to get 6.5 band & i remained with 130 points. I asked him to give me one more chance...

I am planning to book IELTS for my spouse but i have one confusion, if she did not get 6.5 band can I ESOL tuition so that she will study English after entering to NZ because she is non principal...

I think No, as you have to have 6.5 overall to claim points, however you can submit a letter from the university showing that the entire education conducted in English

According to new fee 2015-2016, if you are submitting ITA after 7 Dec, migrant levy should be paid at the time of submitting ITA
