Re: Moving to Sydney with 2 young children

Re: private high schools near Normanhurst/Thornleigh in Sydney

The reason for asking about Catholic is that it opens up more options. Catholic schools are generally quite prejudice about being Catholic and they will certainly give Catholics priority. The non...

Re: private high schools near Normanhurst/Thornleigh in Sydney

Yep. Sydney's north shore and eastern suburbs don't get decent public schools because they are wealthy areas and the public funding goes to schools in Sydney's west even though the people of these...

Mrs Beoz has just had a whopping great pay rise and for the first time ever, is now earning more than me on base salary. At the end of the year I will earn more after...

Re: How much do I need to earn?

The guy who started the thread is obviously in need of some help. If this poster continues to post misleading information, then it's the right to set the record straight.

Re: How much do I need to earn?

You really find it hard to understand that your circumstances don't apply to all and don't apply to places outside Perth.

Obviously your line of work in your location is going backwards.

Try...

Re: Wife left / visa/support position / legal / where do I stand?

Married couple with kids, the house is probably jointly owned. Traditionally the husband goes out and earns, pays the mortgage, the wife manages the house and kids, they both still own it. Same deal...

Re: Wife left / visa/support position / legal / where do I stand?

She can stop paying the mortgage. But after a while the bank will sell the house to cut the loses, and they will sell it low. Your wife knows that this is the worst possible scenario. No one wants...
