That's kind of what we thought, most of the OT jobs seem to be aimed at the Filipino market, most of whom won't have the clinical experience that my wife has in paediatrics

exactly, that's why we try and avoid those kind of terms - we might do it if it's coming to completion and we haven't sold all of the properties in a development but that's the only time we would...

I'm sure you can, and not every off-plan development in Dubai is a bad one, unfortunately there are still a hell of a lot of people who have paid deposits sometime ago in good faith for developments...

it can be done depending on the development - to be honest it's not really an issue with the majority of the stuff that we do, we've got 100% occupancy rates in our main markets. We've just launched...

scot47, it's only iffy if you are buying from a company that hasn't done full due diligence on the developers.......if it's done through the right company with the correct safeguards in place it can...

I work for a company based in Dubai that sells off-plan properties in the likes of London, New York, Australia - the majority of our clients are expats and we have links/deals with various lenders...

It was excellent, really good, but considering it is the film with the second most use of the word f### (over 500 times!) that made for a hell of a lot of silent moments

it is cut to shreds, all the dirty bits have been removed (boo) and most of the swearing, there was more than one occasion that it would be cut in the middle of a scene and restart in the middle of...
