Perth is beautiful, extremely clean, beautiful beaches very close to the city, easy to drive, and way cheaper. People are also very friendly. its less multicultural, but you have most things...

I think this is exactly what is happening in the UK

I found English people to be very 'quiet' ie reserved and not say to people what they think. I also found that littering behaviour becomes 'addictive' if no one says anything or do anything about it....
