I am a terrible sleeper, always have been even when I was a kid, I find it hard to get to sleep but my main problem is staying asleep, sometimes I wake up every hour, and then cant sleep as i start...

Yes, this is true, it is a climate of extremes here, but thats what I like about it.... the diversity of the climate and the natural scenic beauty.
