Re: Send in ORIGINAL Green Card for I-751?

I don't think it matters. Your A number is on your green card, so they can match it up. I think the case number was on the yellow sheet too, but I don't remember. In any case, I wouldn't worry...

Re: Progress with I-751 and Nebraska

Re: Progress with I-751 and Nebraska

Re: Progress with I-751 and Nebraska

We sent (or I should resent) our I-751 package to Nebraska around the end of November (with photos). We got the request for the original green card (expired) a few weeks later and sent it in...

Re: Want to Marry a Man from Belfast

At least find a sugardaddy or something... Come on!

Like I said in my first post - move to Belfast. Make your man support you, like he should. If he really loves you, then this shouldn't be a...

Re: illegal alien request child support from USC

The system tends to estrange fathers and doesn't do anything to encourage them. Would Mom be "happier" with more money? Of course. Would the kids be better off in the long run with a father who is...

Re: Want to Marry a Man from Belfast

This was actually advice. Probably the best in the string, but you discount it because it's not what you want to hear.

Here is step one in the process: get you life together.

Then worry about...

Re: illegal alien request child support from USC

Not really. I pay over $1100 per month. There is absolutely no accountability for where this money goes either. It's paid to the mother, then she can do whatever she want to with it. As long as I...

Re: Black ink for I-751

No! Only the Charlie Oscar is allowed to sign in blue ink. Or, maybe you have an inflated view of yourself. If you're a peeon that the peeons pee on, then you must sign in BLACK.

Re: Change of Address Saga

AR-11 - what a waste of paper that form is. It just goes off into nana land. Seems like a wonderful candidate for online submission. Even if is doesn't go anywhere, that's nothing different than...

Re: What about advance parole(Aos pending, out of status)

No idea about your our of status question - I would think the USCIS could answer this. You could get the AP application started anyway. In MN they had really good turn around. I got AP twice and...

Re: Send in ORIGINAL Green Card for I-751?

It a form letter. Funny thing is, they just updated the I-751 form to include the photo requirement, but they didn't updated it to include the original green card. Maybe it's a temporary thing.

Re: Form Rejection

All this work for $5 - hardly seems worth it. I bet it cost more than $5 to process the return and then receive the new application.

Did you call and ask about it? I'm going to wait another week...

Re: Form Rejection

I see now that they announced the fee changed on 9/26. You have to look for it...

I called the national line, and they were no help what so ever. They haven't even received the application yet...

Re: Form Rejection

Crap - I bet they will do the same thing to me. I see now that the fee changed on 10/26, and of course I mailed my application on 10/27 with $200. What a crock - when did they announce that? I...

Re: We Got 2 AP's - Husband Left Yesterday

Your AP should have 3 pages. Actually 4 with the cover page.

1 is for the carrier - they usually don't take it because they don't know what to do with AP.
2 are for your reentry. We used it...

Re: WOW! AOS Interview Date Set - Minnesota

I wouldn't worry about this year since they are still working on petitions from last year... I stopped waiting months ago. It's too stressful to have some hope everyday when I go to the mailbox.
