Well.... I guess technically that's true, in that the application process and issue of the passes themselves is handled by the Immigration Office in KL, and I think I've heard others say you can wait...

Hi whybirda - don't worry at all! Yes, that was the process just for my marriage certificate, just to produce my Dependant's Pass.

My husband's employer helped him through his actual employment...
