Finally got PR whoop whoop!!!!

I'm not on here very much anymore, just wanted to update that we finally got PR today!!!

Arrived to the Gold Coast in November 2007 on a student visa so its been a long n tricky road to get to...

The online application accepted our out of date medical reference numbers which I just used. If you do a new one now, it will be out of date by the time you are assigned a CO anyway, and they will...

As far as I am aware. . . 2 year approved course, job ready programme (more $$'s too and needed 4 TRA) and 1 year work experience.

Hi guys haven't been on here 4 ages! Just curious if anyone has got an 886 visa?

Got out graduate visa approved this morning, took 1 year and 1 week to come through!!

Got appointed a CO on Monday, just had to e-mail in the UK police checks.

Absolutely you need to comply with the restrictions of whatever visa you are on. If she is at the stage of applying for her TRA n graduate visa, then she could always do this whilst still attending...

The 18 months starts once you have the graduate visa, the wait on the bridging visa does not count towards it. You can both work full time at the date the student visa expires as long as you have...

kind of expected it to be a full year, but got my hopes up just after we had applied that it would be quicker due to all the changes and me (wrongly) thinking that everyone who had applied...

A friend on hubbys course got his three weeks ago. He had applied 10 days before us, on the 6th November, so hoping that we will hear v soon. He went through an agent, not sure if this would make it...
