Hamilton ON was the biggest steel city in North America... There is a sign up currently that they are recruiting 200 welders so there's still a lot of activity. Might be worth googling Hamilton steel...

Eight years ago we used a company called car hire 3000. I've just googled and they have changed to rentalcars.com.

We didn't have a credit card on one of those trips so they were able to do it...

Lol. I'm a cautious driver but by no means a scared driver. I haven't yet experienced the Q5 in winter but I have to say the Acadia was great. A heavy beast on the road it never slipped anywhere.

We applied today!! I’ve decided I’m going to forget about it. That way it will be a nice surprise when they eventually contact us.
