Hi guys, we had the interview today...and happy to announce that the agent recommended it for approval!!! :D

Our appointment was at 8am in the Memphis field office, and we arrived at about 7:35am....

tbm I left the UK in Aug 2017 however I was going back and forth a lot through 2016 & 2017, so that is why I had to eventually pay US tax in both those years (according to the company accountant).

So is it a situation then where you can have duel citizenship because you qualify at birth, but if someone goes for citizenship of another country later in life, Germany...
