Fair enough, but the mailer I mentioned did have instructions on when to replace the card under other circumstances so why not these? And their website is FULL of helpful advice about what to do and...

Yes they've travelled outside the US numerous times with no issues since turning 14.

Yes, it is a pity we didn't file for citizenship; that's $680 per kid out of pocket!...
