Thanks for all your replies. I see the USCIS have opened a facility in Holtsville, which is about 20 mins from where I live. Hopefully after I post my application to Dallas it gets returned to there...

I don't use oil. I drain the pasta and add my sauce. I find that the sauce sticks better to the pasta better because of the starches.
