Now there is some technicality which I am not...

Just so you...

Re: New E-3 Visa: Change of Employer

What isn't clear is what happens if she stays, I get a change...

Re: E-3 Visa for Australians Thread- It's all in here

My understanding is that those are two separate applications i.e., if you renew onshore and then exit U.S., then you have to reapply for visa...it isn't classified as "stamping". Perhaps thats what...

Re: Re-entering USA through Mexico

I was never going to get her to travel with me. But the attorneys said I would be OK. I am just going to go myself and apply after I get my I94 extended.

Btw, for the bolded item above: I was...

If this helps...

I am here on E3 visa. I filed as married filing jointly (my wife does not work and I have a son). I claim "3" deductions/allowances on both my Federal and CA state returns.

Re: E-3 Visa for Australians Thread- It's all in here

New employer attorney stressed for me to go back to my home country (Australia). Canada was my obvious first choice but the attorneys wanted no part of the apparent "risk" of applying for a new E3 in...

Re: E-3 Visa for Australians Thread- It's all in here
