The skiing in Sierra Nevada is brilliant! However, not cheap: adult ski pass 99 euros/day, child ski pass 65 euros/day :(

But you still can only access it in 2 ways, none suitable to walkers: the pothole streets or the road off N332.
Lovely new houses there, but built far too close for the prices asked, in my opinion....

From personal experience: like-for-like the second hand cars are much cheaper in the UK than in Spain. But of course, RHD v LHD may be more important for some than the budget :)

Here is the summary of the situation I find myself in.
Some 5 years ago I bought a resale holiday home. My solicitor organised all the direct debits, including those for the community charges....
