If so, then you should be able to go to Spain. EU citizens can enter the EU as of June 21.

Can you run a car and go out to eat two or three times a month on 1000 euros? Heard you need a lot more than that like 1500-2000. I'm guessing I will need to buy health insurance too.

I'm currently in the USA but I'm from Australia but I also have an EU passport and I don't mean a Brit EU passport.

I could be wrong but my understanding is that the 60% relief does currently apply to rentals outside of the EU (such as USA, Canada and Australia) . Can someone confirm?
