Re: Cv19 visa appointment

Varicella is not available in the UK, so it's irrelevant. He will receive a waiver for that vaccine.

Re: President Biden?

I don't buy this at all.

If you get into a car drunk, and drive, then kill someone with that car, then you can and will be tried for vehicular manslaughter. The original sin of being in the car...

Re: Is there a way for my Spanish boyfriend to enter the US?

As others have said, but I will reiterate since you asked me the direct question:

The K1 is essentially the visa you want for what you intially proprosed, since it allows the holder to enter and...

Re: President Biden?

What (and where?) exactly did I assert about your political leaning? If I did, it was a slip of the fingers, since I know better!

Re: President Biden?

I guess this rather depends on your definition of 'soundly'

I don't think a Trump defeat of 100+ EC Votes is that out of the realm of possibility.

On the other hand, Trump earning another win...

Re: President Biden?

I get what you're saying, and I know that it is a small example of what have been many large protests, but seriously, tell that to the people murdered in Kenosha by a kid with a gun, or to that Trump...

Re: President Biden?

Somehow I think this will happen if Trump loses too... only the people 'protesting' will be carrying AR15s and bullets will be flying.

Re: President Biden?

Re: President Biden?

So what's your view on SCOTUS then Pulaski? I'm genuinely curious.

Re: President Biden?

I think it's totally location dependant. Here in GA I get shouted down for being pro-Biden. Do I let it bother me? No.

2016 polls were not far off if you drill down even a little bit.

Re: Ruth Bader Ginsburg

I don't think they'd see it that way.

Religion is almost impossible to understand if you don't believe. I see how it brings my wife comfort and strength, and part of me would like some of that...

Re: President Biden?

I disagree with pretty much everything else you said, but this is true enough.

I would be curious who you think the 'strongest Dems' that didn't run were though.

Re: Ruth Bader Ginsburg

As someone who lives in the South, and talks to (majority) Republicans every day, you're stretching a lot.

The vast majority have a very strong political ideology, rooted in their religion.

Re: N400 question

You're overthinking. As long as you have submitted all the required evidence, you're good to go.

Re: Is there a way for my Spanish boyfriend to enter the US?

In point of fact, the initial plan that you mentioned in your OP (below) was also totally illegal.
