It is not necessary to register your childs birth. You can apply directly for a british passport for your kids.

I have recently been to South Korea and I can tell you that South Korea has CCTV cameras everywhere. They may not have as many as the UK, but in terms of area that they cover, South Korea has more.

May 23rd: application arrived
June 24th: Credit card was charged.
