Guns as 'defence' are brilliant, because they can make even a weakly victim equal with a burly (unarmed) attacker. That's why the old .45 Colt used to be called the Equalizer (or The Peacemaker.)

There's only one pet store I've visited here - the Puppy Shoppe on route 1.

The dogs are treated beautifully, let out every day to play with customers and stay there as long as it takes to sell...

where did she work? That's utterly unacceptable. Wifey worked as a waitress for five years and walkouts happened - she was never held responsible for them (I will ask her what did happen.)
