I have no problem with Doha. It pays shed loads of money and is fine for a few years. Like Martin, am happy and able to pay £20 a pint to stay sane. If I want culture I’ll go to watch a Flamenco...

if you want a real bargain/space/brand new/value for money, try Lusail near the Marina. 10 minutes drive into West Bay.

Qatar doesn't have enough locals so they will still need expats. Doha is still dripping in gas wealth. Covid-19 will have the same effect as the Saudi embargo: none.
