Hi Stephen,

Are you saying that you are legally obliged to stay with your employer for 3 years after you get PR? From my understanding they just need to prove that they will have a job for you...

Yep send a certified copy of your passport... If you have a case officer call him/her and explain the situation and see what they say. Hope this helps.

I submitted PDF documents (scanned in certified copies of the originals). The copies were certified by the Police. I passed the ACS assessment so I reckon if you do this you should be ok.

Hey... depends if you need to get your skills assessed? If you are with your employer > 2 years this will not be necessary. I believe there is a 6 month limit on submitting your application once...

RPL_Pack_2 that is on the ACS website is in PDF. Does anyone have this in MS Word format so that I can edit it? Or does anyone know where to get the official form in MS Word?
