A Drone can be launched from anywhere and sent anywhere..unless you can shoot it down or identify some kind of hardware from the attack it will be difficult to identify the culprit.

If you visit the gov.uk site you can establish what your UK State Pension entitlement is and print off some details.
The Belgian Social Security/Tax office has to organise this for you with the UK...

I think your best bet is to try the UK and see if the "ARMY" Birth certificates can be exchanged for a regular UK one, or that UK authorities can offer a support document of some kind. I presume...

Don't think a German certificate will be forthcoming due to SOFA (Status of Forces) agreement 1949.
No obligation to register birth with local German authorities.

You might need to try the UK and find a way to exchange the ARMY Certificates for a regular UK one. One of my kids was born in a non UK hospital but as I was under NATO at the time had to submit the...

As said above..the licence is not valid. Under EU rules you must hold a licence of the country where you are resident. If he drives in UK using the old UK licence, he is effectively driving uninsured...

His licence is not valid in the Netherlands if he is already resident in NL. He should go to his local council and exchange it for an NL licence urgently to avoid problems.

Your best bet is to start at the website of the SVB (svb.nl) and have any documentation you have at hand.
Did your wife ever have a driving licence?

The BSN was as far as I know first introduced...
