I'd rather see people's mortgages and rent paid, plus food vouchers.

The problem is on State Highway 1 etc when a truck or large vehicle has a tyre-blow-out and veers into oncoming traffic with 190kmh closing distance because there's no infrastructure to separate...

UK is a better safer place to drive, with a modern up-to-date road network. But New Zealand has other benefits.

The problem with the roads here is the road infrastructure is the same as the UK was...
