As a mover we would charge between £3000 - £4000 door to door for a 20ft container max 3 bed house 2 children. plus inurance at £3.50 per £100 this doesn't include any import taxes though

Whenever we ship goods to the states an inventory is always taken on collection listing each box with a brief description of whats in it. US Customs tend to trust consignments that have been packed...

My daughter is a student at Preston Uni and works part time for macdonalds the money isnt great but they are really good to work for, the harder you work the more shifts they give you.

There are 2 ways to send it

!. Shared container where you may have to wait a while or it could only be a couple of months, however this is the cheapest option.

2. LCL or less than container...

Sometimes it is possible to wait 6 months, it depends on how much traffic the shipping company has to fill the container, if he doesn't have enough then it can take a while.
