seems like classic nannying to me, although why they didn't go the whole hog and ban it altogether on grounds of road safety and indeed the health of adult non smokers is a bit of a mystery....

that sounds expensive, but some of it is down to currency fluctuations, no? Last time I lived there (10-12 years ago) exchange rate was typically 2.5 AUD to the GBP and it did go as high as 3 AUD but...
