In theory MY wife could sponsor me now we move across to America sort house out jobs settle in etc. She could then sponsor my Kids to bring them over to join me...

Would you have an idea of this time frame and hurdles.... MY youngest boy is 16 so we still have time with him. He finishes school this year but may do 2 years in college here in UK.

Hi yes its the kids I was worrying about if its 18 or 21 as mentioned earlier in the thread. i dont think i have found a definitive answer on the US Websites that I have been looking at... :-(

"Plan at the moment" is to try to move after Daughter finishes A Level and Son GCSE both June 2018, so need to plan a good start time to start the application process....
