Yeah, My Visa got extended few weeks ago for 6 months. my WTR is now 36 months instead of 30.

there is people on WTR visa that Applied 6 months ago for residence as non priority.
They have been told today by INZ that it could be another 22 months...

If I was you and you have fulltime jobs in the UK. I would stay put in the UK. Especially if you work in construction. By the time the end of the year comes I don't think there will be much work next...
