As for E2...

Re: B2 visa application

Thanks yep fully aware of that. Although we applied for extension we didn't take it in the end as family circumstances at home sadly meant we needed to return so we were just under the 180 days. Just...

Re: B2 visa application

We have been back in several times on our B2 but only for trips of 2-4 weeks at a time. Never any questions or issues.

Re: E2 Business Valuation?

She has three W2s, two part time and one full time manager.
Tax returns all match reported cash flow which is a miracle there! So many don't seem to! So that is good.
Our main concern is her asking...

Re: E2 Business Valuation?

Yep we agree, her argument is we are buying the business because of its value and she is throwing the stock in! But we keep arguing that the business is really only worth two times net inc stock...

Re: E2 Business Valuation?

Thanks, that's what she says her current stock is at cost price but we need to get that verified. Most items are $ 300 to $ 1000 in value.
She's pretty firm on her price of 350k now but that means...

Re: French road trip?!

Looking at the map and route planner, this looks a good option:

Cherbourg to Tours 4hrs stay one night
Tours to Lyon 5hrs stay two nights
Lyon to Avignon 2.5hrs stay four nights
Avignon to...

Re: French road trip?!

Thank you all for your tips so far. Really helpful, having never done this drive before. I quite like the idea of stopping off at Montpellier or Avignon once we get south as we love both those areas....

We are driving down to Antibes next month and plan on stopping off a couple of times on route.

We will either go Cherbourg to Antibes or Calais to Antibes. Thinking Cherbourg as Poole is easy for...
