It states that the 2 year rule does not prohibit a person from returning to the US...

Yes, I was adjusting based upon marraige and supplied absolutely no proof/medical papers etc. I even handed the officer my sealed medical envelope and she said she didnt need it so I put it back in...

The I-131 form says 3/4 frontal view and http://travel.state.gov/pdf/Photo%20Guide%2010-01-04.pdf says full frontal face.
